What you will do
As a sales representative at Metodika you will be a part of the Sales & Operations team and contribute to Metodikas growth of new customers. Your primary task is to identify, develop and qualify all business opportunities with both existing and newly identified customers. As a sales representative, you need to have the ability to understand the needs of the many different caregivers and present solutions through solution selling. We believe that you are someone who will be able to work towards defined monthly, quarterly and yearly targets and that you are an expert on proactively building and expanding customer relationships. Furthermore, you are skilled in researching market trends and keeping abreast of business opportunities.

You are a social talent and good at establishing contact and creating a dialogue with people. To succeed in this role we believe that you have strong time management and excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and German/Swedish/Danish/Norwegian
- A degree in economics/sales or equivalent
- Has relevant experience in sales within Medtech, alternatively has experience from the healthcare industry and currently works in a senior sales role
- Willing to travel on short notice within Europe.
